Essential Functions: Integrate Role as Primary Liaison Between Building Services & Construction/Energy Services Project Teams Including but not Limited to: Attend Project Turnover Meetings as Building Services Representative Coordinate Service Technicians for Pre & Post Start-Up, Warranty-related Labor Request any Potential Preventative Maintenance Information to Turnover to Business Development Team Manage Customer Service Relationship with both Internal (McClure Project Managers) and External Customers Work with Building Services Team to Implement Customer Satisfaction & Follow Up Process Coordinate info from Service Technician Generated Proposal Data and Generate Proposals and Forward Additional Opportunities to Appropriate Teams within McClure Company Coordinate Documentation & Work with Dispatcher to Schedule Backflow Submissions Backup Dispatcher Assistance When Applicable Concur Expense Review for Service Technicians PM Material Order & Staging (Air Filters, Belts, Coil Cleaner) in Conjunction with PM-PM and Dispatcher Harrisburg Building Services Small Job/Project Wrap Up Documentation and Closeout Info (Warranty Letter, IOM, etc.) Coordinate Onboarding Schedule for New Service Technicians & Apprentices Communicate the Following Information with Building Services Operations Team Customer Testimonials or Concerns Department Workload and Resource Allocation Recommendations Based on Pre & Post Start-Up and Warranty Requests from Internal Project Workload Coordinate With All Building Services Personnel (Sales, Project Teams, Operations, Service Technicians, etc.) in a Manner Which Promotes Mutual Cooperation and Assists McClure Company in All Areas Other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, technical skills & attributes required: At least 3 years of experience in the Mechanical Service or Construction industries. At least 3 years of experience in a Corporate Office Setting Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) Skills Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook Strong Aptitude for Quality and Efficiency Must be Energetic, a Self-Starter, & have a High Sense of Urgency. Proven Ability to Juggle Multiple High Priority Tasks Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday and is not a remote work position.
