DESCRIPTION OF WORK The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Officer 1 include ensuring compliance with procurement policies, managing procurement of services, materials, and commodities, preparing and processing purchasing documents, reviewing cardholder transactions, liaising with the bureau of offices services for contracts, and overseeing purchasing documents for programs, personnel, and operations of driver and vehicle service. Additionally, you will communicate with customers, partners, and suppliers to address procurement needs effectively and efficiently.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
