You will provide administrative, analytical, and accounting support to the Bureau Director, Grants Compliance Division and Grants Administration Division staff. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role will involve a variety of administrative duties, such as developing guidelines and policies, handling correspondence, and delivering accounting and clerical support. Your role involves providing support in administration, analysis, and accounting to the Bureau Director and team members in both divisions. Furthermore, you will be tasked with the preparation and issuance of grant agreements, as well as supporting the management and oversight of the Environmental and Historic Preservation review process to guarantee compliance with established standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. In the event of an emergency/disaster situation or training exercise, this position may be required to travel, work up to 12-hour shifts, and work outside of the normal work hours, including weekends and overnights. Free secure on-site parking.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time upon successful completion of a training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $44,890.00 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
