Summary\ The primary responsibility of this position is to perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department including, but are not limited to: reoccurring Contract POs, Goods Receipts, and problem file for the company. Will also support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization.

\ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports Allen Harims mission, vision and values
  • Responsible for updating daily open order report for the entire company
  • Responsible for investigating, correcting and determining the root cause of problems in the problem folder Additional duties within problem file- proof of delivery, print/sign/receive invoices, research PO numbers, maintain log
  • Responsible for coordinating SAP process such as requisitions and Goods Receipts for support areas (HR, IT, Safety).
  • Customer service-Work with people, vendors, managers daily
  • Work as liaison between all departments and purchasing, offering assistance as needed to ensure requisitions are correct, POs approved and invoices are paid
  • Responsible for managing 100% Contractual re-occurring costs, monitor contract dates, enter requisitions and enter good receipts
  • Assist with confirming Purchase Orders with vendors
