Overview
FUJIFILM North America Corporation Graphic Communication Division is hiring a Supply Chain Process Specialist in our Hanover Park, IL office. The Graphic Communication Division is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.This position is responsible for managing the company’s supply chain database. Serves as subject matter expert for all operations and supply chain system issues.
FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories . The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Responsibilities
Provides main business interaction with users, managers and HLUS IT staff in relation to SAP and related systems. This system oversight includes testing of changes, regression testing for other FUJIFILM companies, as well as training, documentation needs, and recommending alternative solutions
Provides any specialized reporting, routine/requested/ad-hoc, required by business for accuracy, monitoring, comparison and analysis
Keeps business system running smoothly and efficiently, including getting any incomplete or incorrect information addressed through executing key transactions
Performs business essential functions including but not limited to, cost updates, process approved price changes, material master updates and analysis, and cross divisional/company material management
Serves as business subject matter expert for SAP system related projects
Review user submitted system issues for resolution, training or potential submission to HLUS IT
Resolves escalated issues as third level support for operations and supply chain process issues with business systems (SAP, B/I, and associated interfaces)
Work cooperatively with HLUS IT and relevant HLUS departments regarding system and business issues, research and enhancements as needed
Perform related duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills/Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2 or more years of experience/working knowledge of SAP
Project management skills, and a history of strong working relationships with cross functional teams
Attentive to details and verification
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to organize own work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines
Good customer service skills
Ability to problem solve
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Desired Skills
Printing Industry experience
5 or more years of SAP experience
Basic understanding of accounting related processes, especially related to SAP
Familiarity with SAP and BI reporting
