ManpowerGroup Quality Assurance Technician in Hanover, Pennsylvania
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 7pm-7am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday
What's the Job?
Perform routine checks, tests, and inspections of materials and products in process.
Prep samples for testing and pull samples from production.
Conduct inline magnet checks and participate in full plant clean-up.
Ensure quality standards are met by performing daily and weekly assigned lab tests.
Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the lab while following food safety standards.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education is a plus.
Basic computer skills for data entry and basic math skills.
Ability to perform lab tests accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect products for flaws.
Willingness to work required shifts and meet attendance requirements.
