Our client, a leading textile manufacturer, is seeking a Weaving Machine Operator to join their team. As a Weaving Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Weaving Team. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical ability, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Weaving Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

• Operate loom(s) machine to meet production requirements and quality standards by performing the following operations:

• Recording starting and stopping footage on all machines

• Retrieving ample supply of fill wire to run machine(s)

• Observing operation of looms assigned and making minor adjustments as required

• Repairing broken wires, dropped or missing fill wires

• Performing quality inspections

• Turning signal light on for assistance in the event of significant malfunction

• What's Needed?

• Basic reading and math skills

• Good mechanical ability

• Ability to tolerate exposure to hot, oily, noisy atmosphere

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
