The Performance Group is partnering with a client in Littlestown, PA to help them fulfill their hiring needs!
*Inventory/Cycle Counter *
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
$16.65
*Job Details and Requirements *
- Ideal candidates need to be computer literate and detailed oriented
- Must have ability to work independently
- Count accuracy is extremely important
- Job requires daily walking, receiving inbound shipments
*Responsibilities *
- Conduct daily physical inventories of components, finished goods, materials and supplies as assigned by Inventory Manager
- Reconcile discrepancies between the physical count and the computer generated count (INFOR)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with Inventory Manager
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting processing of material reports and transfers
- Assist the Warehouse and Production team with locating materials
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and compare information in the Warehouse Management System (INFOR) to verify that quantity, location, and part number matches in-house inventory
- Other duties as requested
*Education and Experience *
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of Cycle Count or inventory management experience preferred
- Knowledge of processing data manually or in spreadsheets
- Demonstrate ability of comprehending basic mathematical skills and use of a calculator
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Forklift experience is a plus
