This role | | | requires strong organizational | | | skills, attention to detail, and | | | preferably experience in | | | electronics and aerospace | | | manufacturing. | | | | | | Responsibilities | | | | | | - Support Manufacturing | | | Engineers with the production | | | process from start to finish, | | | ensuring timely delivery of | | | high-quality products. | | | - Oversee parts procurement, | | | including sourcing, | | | negotiating prices, and | | | managing relationships with | | | suppliers. | | | - Expedite materials and | | | services with vendors and | | | external manufacturers; | | | ensure adherence to quality | | | standards and deadlines. | | | - Implement and adhere to | | | production schedules, | | | optimizing workflow | | | efficiency and resource | | | utilization. | | | - Monitor inventory levels and | | | coordinate with the supply | | | chain team to maintain | | | adequate stock levels. | | | - Follow safety protocols and | | | quality control me sures | | | throughout the production | | | process. | | | - Understand ISO9001/AS9100 | | | quality standards. | | | - Collaborate with | | | cross-functional teams, | | | including engineering, | | | design, and quality | | | assurance, to resolve | | | production issues and improve | | | processes. | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Professional Requirements | | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | - Bachelor's degree in | | | Engineering, Technology, | | | Manufacturing, or related | | | field preferred. | | | - Proven experience in | | | production planning and/or | | | logistics , preferably in a | | | research and development | | | environment. Minimum 2 years | | | of experience, with a | | | preference of 5 or more | | | years. | | | - Strong understanding of parts | | | procurement processes and | | | supply chain management. | | | - Experience working with | | | vendors and external | | | manufacturers, preferably in | | | electronics and/or aerospace | | | industries. | | | - Excellent organizational | | | skills with the ability to | | | prioritize tasks and meet | | | deadlines. | | | - Strong team collaborator and | | | problem-solver. | | | - Knowledge of lean | | | manufacturing principles and | | | continuous improvement | | | methodologies. | | | - Excellent communication | | | skills, both verbal and | | | written. | | | - Proficiency in relevant | | | software applications, such | | | as ERP systems and Microsoft | | | Office suite. | | | | | | Creare offers a competitive |
