TEKsystems is currently recruiting a Market Research Analyst responsible for driving research projects and creating compelling, data-driven content to raise awareness of our capabilities and expertise. Our ideal candidate is able to synthesize complex concepts and data and summarize them in approachable written format.

The individual will research and analyze market and technology buyer trends to execute and monitor research and market intelligence programs across a variety of channels. The right candidate is versed in market research concepts, principles and tactics. The candidate will be comfortable with performing day-to-day marketing activities, working autonomously and thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Essential Functions:

• At the direction of the research manager, partner with internal stakeholders and external research partners to create data-driven narratives that articulate the company’s point of view and showcase the perspective of our thought leaders.

• Contribute to all stages of primary research projects (i.e., data queries, questionnaire development, survey administration and data analysis) with direction from research team lead.

• Convert research findings and complex data into tables, written reports and graphs that the audience can quickly understand.

• Partner with creative and digital teams to develop content, including white paper style publications and digital experiences.

• Track performance and provide reporting of research-led programs using tools such as Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with other internal teams to implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

• Write and edit content across different mediums.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field

• At least 2–5 years of experience in market research

• A knack for data analysis and data-driven storytelling

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Practice in writing and editing content with an attention to detail

• Developed skills in prioritization, organization and project management skills

• Ability to synthesize large/complex datasets and concepts and summarize them in an approachable, written format

• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce / Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and content management systems

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Location: Hybrid, Hanover MD
