CS Officer - Chinese Speaking
TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
Translating documents such as meeting minutes, bid documents, contracts,... from Chinese to Vietnamese or vice versa;
Interpreting meetings Chinese customers and investors;
Prepare reports in two languages Chinese and Vietnamese;
Record and manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system;
Building relationships with customers based on focusing on customer needs and wants and closing sales;
Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members;
Sale support by phone call, colleting & analyzing Clients data
Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction;
Calculating and submit sub fee, OT of auditor/ sub-contractor.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language, or used to live and study in China;
Have HSK 4 or higher;
Have 1-2 years working experience as Customer Service/ Admin position is preferred;
Basic to intermediate level of English is a plus as the translation platform's interface and client's guidelines are in English;
Effective team co-ordination and leadership skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Good English skills (writing and speaking)
Good social communication skills
Clear voice and cheerful character
Possess sound judgement, analytical skills and tenacity
Problem solving with a high level of commercial awareness
