Wastren Advantage Administrative Assistant/Project Controls in Hanford, Washington

Perform full procurement duties for the ERDF Site in accordance with Corporate and site QA Procurement Procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Ordering all supplies for office and field

  • Creating and tracking all purchase requisitions and purchase orders in CostPoint

  • Processing vendor invoices in a timely manner

  • Reconciling project P-cards (AMEX and VISA)

  • Approval and submission of the Certified Payroll Reports through LCP Tracker

  • Preparation and submittal of proposals for Contractual Change Orders

  • Preparation and transmittal of Contractual monthly invoicing to the client

  • Preparation of all expense reports

  • Filing

  • Backup to Admin Assistant which includes, but not limited to

  • Timesheet entries

  • Scheduling and tracking/cancelling training and medical appointments

  • Preparation and transmittal of contractual submittals


Work Environment

This is an indoor office position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to work extensively indoors. Able to utilize a keyboard and 10-Key and similar equipment typically found in an office environment. In addition, this position requires the following:

  • Lift up to 30 pounds without assistance using appropriate safety and lifting methods.

Education & Certifications:

Minimum of a High School diploma
