JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hancock Care Provider for a Couple A husband-and-wife duo is searching for the right caregiver to assist them in their Hancock home. Are you available to work every other weekend and every Monday and Friday from 9 am 1 pm? Do you find reward in assisting others to stay as independent in their home as possible? Wage \$16.32/hour for Supported Home Care, \$15.00/hour for Personal Care. Mileage reimbursement is available when assisting with errands. Current Need Every Monday & Friday: 9 am 1 pm Every other Saturday and Sunday. 9 AM - 1 PM Potential for additional pick-up hours during the week Tasks Include -Dispose of garbage each visit; take it to the dump weekly - Shovel/sweep porches as needed (driveway is handled by a private party) - Clean kitchen and bathroom and assist with laundry - Sweep, mop, or vacuum as necessary - Prep vegetables - Transport members for errands, including grocery and YMCA visits - Assist with showers - Feed cats and change litter - Enjoy playing checkers or cards with the members Ideal Candidate Traits - Entry-level position with no prior experience required - Favorable background check - Must be at least 18 years old - Reliable vehicle and valid driver\'s license required Who is Community Horizons Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through managed care organizations and /or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin.
