Our client, a leading player in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Hanahan, SC

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and rejecting damaged goods as needed.

• Prepare items for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and affixing shipping instructions.

• Maintain accurate records, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping orders.

• Comply with all safety regulations and be aware of potential hazards in the workplace.

• Assist with inventory audits and complete regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

What's Needed?

• Must have prior team lead or above experience.

• Reach lift and Cherry picker experience required (may be required to take a hands-on test).

• Basic written, math, and computer skills are a must.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs (unassisted) consistently.

• Able to stand for long periods (2-hour increments) to assemble and package components.
