CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator in Hampton, VA. This is an immediate need that is supporting the Distributed Ground System (DGS) modernization, system operations and promotion.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties System Administrator. Fluent in customer relations and the addressing of problems that arises is multiple different disciplines.

  • Install, support, and maintain servers by tuning system performance, system wide software configuration and allocation of mass storage space.

  • Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, availability of information systems through patch management to include antivirus installation and signature file updates and data archival/restoral.

  • Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries, and other system related issues.

  • Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.

  • Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.

  • Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems.

  • Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues.

  • Maintains all supplies for printers and completes troubleshooting for problems for the printers in all areas. Coordinates with the 633rd on higher priority outages which need outside attention.

  • Performs duties of Asset Management. Completes yearly inventories. Keeps letter of authorization and all 633rd paperwork up to date.Accountable for all equipment assigned to the Unit.

  • Works together with Military personnel on different project associated with the DGS-X mission. Ensure that proper coordinated and implementation of special projects assigned.

  • Performs duties as NIPIR Network System Administrator.Coordinates with the 633rd Communications Squadron on high level NIPIR Network problems that arise.

  • Performs duties as SIPIR Network System Administrator.Coordinates with the 633rd Communications Squadron on high level SIPIR Network problems in the unit.

  • Performs duties as a JWICS subject matter expert (SME).Responsible for JWICS coordination with the 480th Wing on all JWIC problems within the DGS-X facility.

  • Completes setup/configures and trouble shoots all system VOIPs with the Unit.Completes installation and every aspect of making sure that the communications are up and operational.

  • Works with the Share Point Website to ensure that personnel who need access to the site are assigned the privilege to complete the work that they need there.

  • Installs new printers and System Scanners for the personnel at the Unit.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI.

  • Minimum of five years’ relevant experience

  • Security + CE Certification or higher.

  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft Windows 10, VMware, Data Center Storage Management, Knowledge of networking Printers.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
