Description

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable accuracy and efficiency

• Matching, batching and coding

• Resolve discrepancies or problem solve in a timely and professional manner

• Work with vendors/customers to solve discrepancies

• Reconciliations

• Detailed reporting and data entry

• Adhere to company policies and regulations

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall organizational goals

• Continuously improve knowledge and skills in the credit control field.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management.

• Experience with general accounting practices.

• Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate input of financial information.

• Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet programs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Willingness to continuously improve and update skills as needed.
