Our client, in Hampstead, MD., is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Asociate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have be reliable, work well within a team environment and have a least one year of related experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Hampstead, MD.

Pay Range: $16.75 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Load powdered metal green parts onto sintering furnaces from compacting presses.

• Finish pack powdered metal parts per operation sheet.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Meet basic production standards, striving for high quality while focusing on safety.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic math skills - add, subtract, and multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

• One year of related experience.

• Strong orientation to details and safety.

• Able to stand for extended periods of time - 8 to 10 hours.
