This is a Seasonal Full-Time Position with Contract Ending July 15th, 2025

As a Master Builder , you will report to the Regional Lead . You will work with in Walmart stores, building s easonal display items and a wide selection of quality B icycles . Yo u will be our go-to-person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will assemble products and merchandi z e on the salesfloor according to the client requirements . We ta k e Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all client and OSL policies to ensure that all quality measures a re met or exceeded. As a seasonal program, we have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year.
What we are looking for:
You have previous experience using hand and/or power tools such as drills/drivers, wrenches, ratchets, Allen keys, etc. , t o build or repair a variety of bicycles and seasonal products . ( All tools will be supplied by the C ompany)
Mechanical ability to assembl e bicycles that are safe to ride and built to last for this season and many years to come
Comprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays such as patio furniture, BBQ’s, swings, lawn mowers , snowblowers and more .
Conduct regular safety inspections of products and may on occasion perform repairs and adjustments to ensure build s are meeting the highest standard s .
May on occasion perform repairs or adjustment s for customer owned product s .
Thrives while work ing alone, often unsupervised. Comfortable using a mobile device to communicate in group chat s with the larger build teams, as well submit end of day safety checks and build reports.
Physical Job Requirements
Comfortable lift ing and mov ing 30-50 pounds regularly
Comfortable stand ing /walk ing /crouch ing /kneel ing for extensive periods of time
You MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region .
