Our Aftermarket operations are based out of Poway, CA and our Motorsports operations are based out of Mooresville, NC. Your responsibilities Work collaboratively with engineers across the OE Manufacturing Engineering department on projects aimed at improving the performance, quality, and reliability of manufacturing processes. Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them independently to achieve key process improvements. Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for enhancements in efficiency and product quality. Develop and update supporting documentation, such as process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports. Assist in troubleshooting and implementing solutions to address production challenges. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share project progress and insights with engineering teams. Your profile This position does not provide relocation assistance and housing stipend. Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methods. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and technical reports accurately. Self-motivated and able to work independently on assigned projects, as well as in a team environment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and other stakeholders. Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to enhancing manufacturing reliability and performance.
