Purpose of Role: To provide technical support for end users, systems and peripherals essential to Distribution Center Operations. This position reports to the local Systems Lead Charles Shepard. Provide technical support for Windows PC's, wireless devices, barcode and laser printers, proprietary and commercial software applications, local hands support for remote Infrastructure teams.
