Join our team at Staffmark as we seek a skilled Administrative Assistant for our West Chester, OH, distribution center. Pay: $19-$23/hr Hours: 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm Essential Duties: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes effectively. Collect and prepare information for various operational reports as required. Provide confidential administrative support to Management and other team members. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and handle employee requests promptly. Process and submit invoices for payment. Organize company events, maintain the corporate calendar, and manage record retention. Welcome vendors and visitors, order office supplies, and maintain relationships with local vendors. Perform general office duties and assist the management team with daily tasks. Required Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
