Job Description

Lead a team of technicians for all production activities related to OSW and NCs at FAL Airbus Hamburg.

• Organize the weekly workload of the team

• Define, communicate and achieve weekly targets in order to achieve the major milestones / program targets

• Ensure achievement of performance targets

• Continous improvement of skills: define training needs

• Ensure the application of Quality and HSE rules

• Continous improvement of processes & performance

• Implement rituals like SQCDPI and QRQC

Complementary Description

Hands-on mentality: able to perfrom OSW activities as well.

Job Requirements

• Autonomous and proactive personality

• At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry

• Good knowledge in handling MS Office tools

• Very good English language skills
