Job Description

Danfoss Editron is currently looking for an experienced Quality Project & System Engineer (m/f/d) to run our change management processes and Danfoss Power Solution system integration.

Job location is preferred to be in Europe (Nordborg, Neumünster, Hamburg, Lappeenranta). You can work partially from home but should expect meeting regularly in the office with your manager or other team members. Willingness to travel within primarily Europe (est.30 working days pr. year) is required.

Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Project & System Engineer , you will play a critical role in establishing robust development and change processes in Siemens PLM TC within Editron.

It involves planning the project with cross-functional team and executing on the plans with the overarching goals of achieving high-quality and competitive processes in a timely manner.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Define and establish change management boards and waiver processes around all Danfoss Editron facilities

• Moderate change management boards

• Acting as a PLM Super User and train others

• Working together with the DPS SEHQ Management System team to develop and improve our DPS standards and processes

• Become a SAP Super User for all Quality related processes

• Potentially supporting product development projects as Quality expert

• Gaining alignment and approval from internal and external stakeholders

• Interacting closely with Engineering and Engineering Services Department on PLM improvements/changes

• Participating in Best Practice Team meeting and acting as Editron PLM Business representative together with Engineering Services

Background & Skills

There are several paths into this job.

You have a relevant technical degree - BSc or MSc in HW engineering or another technical field.

You have experience within a Product Lifecycle Systems, beneficially Siemens Team Center. You are highly self-driven and have a hands-on approach in establishing new processes.

Finally, you have a good command of English, both verbally and in writing.

Furthermore, we expect that you to have:

• Experience in work related to new product development and release

• Knowledge of Project Management

• Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO16949, APQP - PPAP) and its Management Systems
