Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Professional Capability & Field Force Development Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Hamburg, der für das Training und die stetige Wissenserweiterung unseres Außendienstes verantwortlicht ist. Die Person, die wir suchen wird an unseren Professional Oral Care Director berichten und selbst ein kleines Team von 3 Mitarbeitenden führen.

Aufgaben:

Sales Training and Knowledge Management:

  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing, unserer wissenschaftlichen Abteilung und unserem Education Team (Hub und Europäisches Headquarter)

  • Entwicklung und Einführung von Detailing Stories auf der Grundlage der Bedürfnisse von Zahnärzten

  • Leitung umfassender Schulungen und Betreuung von OCC und Gebietsverkaufsleitern auf der Grundlage von wissenschaftlichem Storytelling

  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Botschaft und Schlüsselbotschaft für alle Regionen und die gesamte Professionelle Kommunikation

  • Inhaltliche Schulung der Area Sales Manager

Commercial Operations:

  • Festlegung von KPIs

  • Budgetplanung

Field Sales Tools and System Support:

  • CRM-Systemschulungen

Qualifikation / Voraussetzungen:

  • Wissenschaftliche Ausbildung / Studium, Coaching / Trainer Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position / in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

  • Erfahrung im Dentalbereich von Vorteil

  • Erste Führungserfahrungen wünschenswert

  • Fließende Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
