Are you a data-driven professional with a business-focused mindset? We are seeking a Global Sea Logistics Solution Development Manager Price + Quote (m/f/d) to join our team. In this challenging and evolving role, you will play a key role in globally enabling frictionless and reliable quote and pricing solutions.

Your Role

As the Global Sea Logistics Solution Development Manager, you will assume full ownership of the Price + Quote product domain. You will be accountable for managing business demands as well as overseeing the technical implementation and maintenance, ensuring the successful delivery of all products within the Price + Quote portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead our core pricing and quote systems for Sea Logistics, including product owners, business analysts, and IT leads.

• Steer the IT team developments (e.g. in Porto).

• Lead the product vision from conception through development, quality testing, release, and continuous improvement.

• Prioritize Price + Quote initiatives in alignment with the Sea strategy to achieve domain goals.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across product teams.

• Manage senior stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring maximum alignment between management, business, and service engineering teams.

• Ensure clear and concise communication channels within and across teams, promoting transparency and openness.

• Ensure the demonstration of system functionality to both external and internal stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Design and develop data-driven solutions by owning the Price + Quote KPIs/OKRs.

• Take ownership of managing risks, issues, and dependencies at the domain level, and lead the resolution of cross-product portfolio conflicts through effective problem-solving strategies.

• Maintaining and facilitate financial forecasts for your product domain.

• Keep the system up-to-date with industry advancements, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and trends.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Passion for designing new technologies with a pragmatic and value-driven approach.

• Significant experience managing complex technology programs and projects, from planning through execution and stakeholder management.

• Multiple years of experience in product ownership/leadership preferably within the environment of global logistics market leaders.

• Large-scale experience in agile methodologies, focusing on new technologies, systems, tools, and features with an emphasis on transparency, user experience, speed, and quality.

• MBA or equivalent management education in operations management/strategy, operations, logistics, mathematics, psychology, or a related field.

• Proficient English language skills

• Extensive knowledge within the domain or price + quote is a plus.
