Kuehne+Nagel Global Road Logistics Customer Solutions Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Germany

Your Role

As a global Customer Solutions Manager for our Road Logistics, you will have a high impact at Kuehne + Nagel by establishing a single global digital toolkit for the business unit. You will be representing our customer facing technology toolkit around quote, book, track, analytics and more globally and collaborate with regional stakeholder for Europe, North America, Asia Pacifics and Middle East Africa to adopt our blueprint and further improve.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learn, master and represent the customer facing basic and premium technology offering ranging from track & trace, quote & book, analytics to connectivity services

  • Work closely with senior business leaders on global and country level to identify and quantify opportunities to improve and extend the digital collaboration potentials of the business unit and our third parties.

  • Collect, structure and prioritize demands with our internal product development teams for customer facing technology

  • Update, train and communicate technology evolutions to internal stakeholder in Sales, Business and Nearshoring organizations

  • Lead and drive the phase out of any non-blueprint technology and manage customer migrations from legacy to new systems

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Passion for customer excellence, usability and value driven way of working (incl. strong stakeholder management)

  • Strong communication skills with multiple years experience in customer and/or end user trainings

  • Extensive experience managing complex technology programs and projects from planning through execution.

  • Multiple years of experience in a related area preferably with planning and implementation of technology systems, tools and features with a customer experience, speed and quality focus.

  • Passion to learn technical solutions and to challenge the end to end application quality

  • Willingness to travel internationally to manage a variety of stakeholders.

  • Proficient English language skills (additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus)
