- Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary for various hardware and software issues. * Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance.* Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly* Maintain computer equipment including peripherals (Zebra Handheld Scanners, Bluetooth barcode scanners, paper scanners, and Printers) and software to ensure secure and efficient operations* Repair computer hardware as required (Troubleshooting hardware and part replacement if necessary).* Help with testing and implementing new software programs for the company.* Call into hardware and software vendors for technical support if needed and to put in warranty covered repair requests.
