Pearl Haven is dedicated to treating girls with complex trauma who have been sexually exploited or at risk of exploitation. Compensation-$128,000/ Annual Salary

Position Summary:The Clinical Director leads the clinical services delivery of the residential treatment program. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring excellence in the clinical development and oversight of all the clinical functions of the program. Additionally, the Clinical Director shall ensure clinically appropriate ongoing assessment of student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications. Depending on site, the Clinical Director reports to the Director of Student Services or the Program Director. In some instances, directly supervises designated staff.What you will do:The Clinical Director will be part of a talented multidisciplinary team working together to expand much needed residential behavioral health services for these teen girls. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive behavioral health training, knowledge and experience working with girls with significant trauma, including sexual trauma. This candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or an Independently Licensed Professional in Hawaii or have the ability to be licensed within 90 days of hire.This individual will be able to work well independently and with a team.
