The Clinical Director is responsible for overall administration and supervision of the program. Carries a caseload, if required, supervises staff and interns, and monitors statistical information. Represents the program in the community, as requested. Responsible for planning, developing and evaluating programs to meet overall organizational goals and objectives. Provides after hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated. Follows all PI, HR, budget, contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served. The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group. Must be able to interpret data about the consumer needs, develop training, and teach material to the team. This individual must be able to teach the team appropriate interventions and skills to assist with daily response worker duties. Individual is responsible for providing quarterly trainings and team supervision.
Legacy operates the State-designated Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization program for Burlington County. The program provides crisis intervention to families with a child or youth exhibiting emotional or behavioral disturbances that threaten to disrupt their current living arrangements. Trained response workers diffuse crises at the site of the crisis for up to 72 hours. They work with the family to develop an individualized crisis plan and coordinate in-home follow-up intervention services for up to eight weeks.
Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Position is full time;

Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Services, plus 5 years supervisory experience required. Crisis/In-home experience preferred as well as experience with youths and families. License required, if applicable.
