As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in empowering the world's leading enterprises to scale their data and AI capabilities on the Fabric ecosystem. Leveraging the principles of DataOps, you will own Fabric’s CI/CD tools, experiences and integrations, and help our customers accelerate their workflows and enhance the quality of their work.

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager in Microsoft Fabric’s CI/CD team, your key responsibilities will be:
Identify, define, validate and deliver products and features based on customer input gathered from usage metrics, interviews, research and market analysis.
Bring deep insights on CI/CD processes in data teams across different organizations and industries to the leadership and engineering teams.
Prioritize and align the organization on the product roadmap for areas you own to help meet the team and organization objectives (OKRs).
Drive feature specifications and work closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver against the roadmap you set.
Evangelize your product area and deliver customer-facing code samples, documentation, blogs, videos, and deliver presentations at conferences.
Become a subject matter expert in ownership and domain areas of CI/CD and DataOps.
Collaborate closely with partner teams, engineering, UX and sales.
Drive cross team collaboration with globally distributed teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of product experience with a proven track record of defining, managing, and delivering large scale products that customers love and adopt.
3+ years of software development experience that includes hands-on work with source control tools and the full lifecycle management of your software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
Ability to create simple user experience for complex needs, define end-to-end user experience and understand what works and what doesn’t.
Ability to discuss technical concepts in detail.
Sense of ownership, and ‘getting things done’ attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven track record of building successful, large-scale B2B products for developers (as a product manager or a developer).
Strong technical background, preferably in related domains such as databases, BI and AI.
Experience working in cloud technologies and SaaS services. Experience with Azure technologies is an advantage.
Outstanding communication skills and collaboration capabilities; the ability to communicate requirements crisply and prioritize effectively.
