Philips Operations Project Manager in Haifa, Israel
Job title:
Operations Project Manager
Works as chief of staff for Haifa site and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) management. Lead site and ISC initiatives & projects to accelerate and enhance collaboration and performance of functions in the site. Support site and ISC leadership team with behavior transformation journey. Support site & ISC legal and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible on internal & external communication channels.
Your role:
Manage & synchronize Haifa site & Integrated Supply Chain leadership team agenda & activities.
Drive innovation, synergies, cross collaboration, continuous improvement and a standardization internally & externally (functions on sites, in Israel, ISC CT/AMI, Philips globally).
Site KPI tracking
Formulate the program/project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management include resources, costs, risk assessment and quality aspects.
Lead the execution of the program/project, in line with the plan Include creation and leading project teams, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders and resources. Give guidance to employees, both technically and organizationally.
Control the program/project budget and progress, evaluates all initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
Keep abreast of business developments and changes in our Industry.
Support continuous improvement of relevant Business Processes.
Facilitation of sites visits and events (Leadership Kaizens, CT/AMI F2F, supplier visits & events)
Partner on driving and control of BCM policy
Support all communication channels – ISC & site presentations, formal documents, social media
You're the right fit if you have:
Relevant Academic Degree, BSc in Industrial Engineering /BA Economics – preferred.
MBA- an advantage
5+ years of projects management experience in one of the following areas: manufacturing, improvement plans, Visual management, PMO and Industrial footprint management. Preferably in the medical industry
Excellent personal intercommunication skills
English communication skills
Working experience from a global company

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
