Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Shift: Monday - Friday (7am to 3:30pm)

Pay: $20 - $24 (based on experience)

Job Description

Join our team as a Industrial Assembler! Facility is brand new, very clean, and organized. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the installation of various types rail car and transit equipment using blueprints and hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Will install parts for propulsion, trucks, pneumatic supply and brake control, air conditioning, fiberglass panels, glass, flooring, and doors to achieve manufacturer specifications.

• Use precision measuring devices in the course of the work (calipers, micrometers, and pie tapes)

• Measure and inspect completed work to confirm adherence to specifications.

• Record all findings accurately in provided Test Reports for inclusion into Car History Books that follow each completed vehicle such as torque values, part and serial numbers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
