About CSS Partner Validation team
CSS Partner Validation team works with Oracle partners, internal development teams and partnership management teams to review, validate and certify requests from Oracle Partners in timely manner. This team plays a unique role in defining uniform processes and experiences across various products & services and provide.
About The Job
A unique opportunity to join rapidly growing world class partner program team to help Oracle SaaS, PaaS and OCI partners. As part of CSS Partner Program team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the Oracle partners, other partnership and development teams.
We are looking for an experienced partner validation team leader located in US. Candidate should have experience in validating/certifying partner integrations/requests with SaaS services, program management, and technical skills around SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, APIs, etc. This position will influence shaping the future of CSS Partner Validation Program with their insights and partner feedback to meet the evolving needs of our partners.

Experience
- 10+ years in software industry in program management, partners program management, product management, client services or management consulting
Education and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a business environment working either as an operations contributor or in a program management capacity supporting partners.
Experience orchestrating across a diverse set of stakeholders and project managing complex work streams through to completion.
Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
