Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Haddonfield, New Jersey

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the legal industry situated in Haddonfield, New Jersey, United States. The role entails functioning as a Help Desk Analyst, a critical position in our team. You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where your expertise in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving technical issues of various complexities, providing efficient, client-focused solutions

• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office/365 tools to enhance work efficiency

• Leverage knowledge of Kofax Power PDF and Aderant to streamline processes

• Provide litigation support with a focus on e-filing in New Jersey, New York, and Federal Courts

• Display strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in client interactions and team collaborations

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Display flexibility in work hours, ready to put in extra time when necessary. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Demonstrated knowledge of Database management is essential

• Experience with EO/IR systems will be beneficial

• Proficiency in Lotus Notes is required

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft software and applications

• Experience with Active Directory is required

• Must have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware

• Configuration Management skills are necessary

• Experience in Deskside Support is a must

• Knowledge and understanding of Desktop Hardware is required

• Legal industry experience or knowledge is preferred

• Prior experience in a Help Desk Analyst role is advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Must possess a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
