What you’ll do:

The primary responsibility is to provide strategy leadership for PPT & NSI . This role is expected to partner with global PPT + NSI Engineering and Mobility Product line leaders to understand new Technlogy needs and define direction for PPT & NSI technology developments

"1) Study market trends and customer technology roadmaps , monitors market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments & investment , recommends strategies to senior management as appropriate to invest in new technology domains.

2)Take a lead role in building consensus of product and technology roadmaps, which effectively translate customer needed products. Share responsibility of commercializing new products through focused R&D investments along with Mobility group product lines . Manages prioritization of new Technology development programs

3)Primary focus will be on market & Technlogy research on H2ICE , V2G to V2X and CV Multifunctional Inverter. Define strategic road map for these products by closely working with S&M, engineering & Business leadership team.

4) In depth understanding of Automotive market Familiar with P&L , Cost model development. Knowledge of new technology & manufacturing development process.

6) Promote and maintains a professional work environment, drive data driven decision. Maintain effective communication both verbal & written with customers/ stakeholders & within team.

7) High passion and drive to define path forward in ambiguous situations

8) Must have ability to prepare & execute strategy for business growth"

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required, preferable with MBA

7-9+ years of experience in Sales, Program Management and Product Strategy related roles
