This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Position’s main focus will be to manage the Enclosed Drives ETO (Engineered To Order) portfolio and deliver ePlan outputs (3D wire routing created in ProPanel) for custom orders. Person will have to deliver ePlan outputs as per business requirements & target KPI's while leading a team of electrical engineers. Person should have atleast 5 years of experience in complete design of Enclosed Drives/Control Panels with VFD's, including electrical component selection, electrical component functioning, creating electrical schematics for applications. Person should be very proficient with ePlan ProPanel and P8. Person should have good understanding of wire routing design practices in electrical panels. Understanding of panel design as per UL508 is expected.

"A. Creating ePlan 3D wire routings and schematics (using ePlan P8 and ProPanel) for Engineer To Order products. Should be able to deliver outputs from engineering Bill Of Material recieved from Sales team.

B. Electrical component selection for motor control panels as per UL508 standards

C. Translate customer bill of material and functional requirement into electrical schematic control logic, component layout and wire routing

D. Mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers

E. Work with stakeholders to accomplish monthly Order targets.

F. Priority and workload management for the project

G. Developing project roadmap and creating tangible actions to achieve those

H. Ensure clarity, accuracy and neatness of drawings & technical documents.

H. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff.

I. Utilize workflow LEAN & DMAIC principles to continuously improve process.

J. Look for opportunities to improve productivity, learn and collaborate with other teams to adapt best practices."
