Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents. We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Food Service Supervisor to fill the following opening:Dining/Food Service Supervisor job duties include but not limited to;Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed by all staff through training and in-service educationDaily scheduling of staffMaintaining all records as needed by County, State and Federal regulatory agenciesRounding during meals service to ensure quality of service and diet compliance is metMenu generation, diet changes and menu distribution as needed by departmentFT; 11:30a-8pm(Every other weekend required)
