1.SMD 제품에 대한 Set-up 및 순회 외관 검사 업무 (치수 측정 & 외관)

2.부적합품 격리 및 Containment action, 출하금지 요청

3.품질 이슈 사항 재발 방지

4.NCR 조기 발견 및 개선 계획으로 전환

Work Description

• 외관 검사

• 치수검사

• 공정 재고 소급

• 창고 재고 소급

• SAP 전산 재고 확인

• 출하금지 요청

• 변경점에 대한 제품 상태 확인

• 변경점에 대한 제품 구분 격리

• QIP 기록 관리

• 불량 Report 작성

Qualifications

•QIP, SAP

•SAP공정 및 제품(도면) 이해

•제품추적 및 봉쇄조치
