About the position:
Position Title : Specialist - Analytics-BI
Reports to: Associate Program Manager - Analytics BI
Reporting Location: Noida
Position Summary:
Specialist is responsible for Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solution using Power BI, Able to do PBI Development, Data Modelling with using Snow Query and DAX Data analysis and validation. This position requires advanced technical expertise with Power BI, SQL and Snowflake tools as well as a passion for innovating business processes. The analyst must be comfortable coordinating directly with clients, business stakeholders, and R1 product deployment teams to complete new data acquisition and data pipelines. This position is also responsible for solving data quality related issues and guiding other analysts to formulate and implement appropriate courses of action.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains data load processes for the acquisition of client billing, clinical, and patient satisfaction information.
SQL and Snowflake logic development for requested stories.
Ability to Transform the one SQL source query to Another SQL source.
Performance tuning, Optimization, and Automation with ETL
Power BI Development with DAX as well
Python with Intermediate Knowledge
Advance Excel or Excel with Intermediate Knowledge
Works with large datasets in various formats and performs data transformations, integrity/QA checks, and reconciliation for accounting systems.
Leads to efforts to troubleshoot and solve process or system-related issues.
Works with customers to deliver accurate analysis and interpretation of data.
Coordinates routine deadlines around work schedules and data availability as well as timely and accurate completion of data acquisition projects.
Understand, support, enforce, and comply with company policies, procedures, and Business Ethics and Conduct standards.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or equivalent experience is required.
2 - 4 years of data analysis and software development experience are required.
Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of service.
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge and working experience for data modelling using SQL, and Snowflake
Experience and working knowledge in developing PBI reports & Visualization in Power BI & Power BI Report Builder.
Experience with Python programming languages on beginner level.
Experience in Excel on Intermediate level for data analysis.
Experience in Power Bi Online Services
Experience in Azure Synapse Analytics
Experience working with Agile methodology
