Post Site Engineering & Commissioning -Technical Support

Role Role

"1) Remote Support to Commissioning activity for Substation Automation / Feeder Automation Covering RTU, SCADA /HMI/ PMS/PPC/Microgrid for Domestic and International project sites

2) Support and Coordinating with Sales, Engineering, PM and other function for pre sales, execution and post sales services

3) Training to customer, vendor and commissioning team on new technologies and solutions

4) Performing POC for new solutions and applications

5) Interaction with R&D support, HQ for functional enhancement or site issues "

Travel Travel 20-30%

Competency Technical Competency

Must Have

1) Solid background of Substation Automation in terms of technical execution with effective verbal and written communication.

2) At least 5 years of site execution experience to handle key Utility customer such as PGCIL, NTPC, ADANI, State Utility.

3) Hands on experience on substation automation applications along with in depth understanding of issue identification, debugging and resolution.

4) Knowledge of PC Networking , switch, router, GPS, Firewall

5) Substation Automation : Process Level, Bay Level, Control Level

6) Substation Protocol Knowledge : Modbus, T101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC including configuration and analysis of these protocols by applications and tools

"7) OS and Tools : Windows , PC Applications, PC communication, serial/ IP networking.

Debugging tools: Modscan, IEC Tester , IED Scout, Wireshark "

8) Added advantage for work experience on Siemens SICAM ( PAS/PQS, ToolBox, Wincc,SCC) solution

9) Cyber Security

Good to have

1) Network diagnosis, Debugging

2) Knowledge of other OEM products in SAS and Feeder Automation

3) Scripting knowledge, Programming by IEC 61131-3,SQL

1) Effective communication skill verbal and written for customer interaction

2) Well behaved and dedication for work

Education B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical /Electrical and Electronics from reputed Institute
