What You’ll Do As an Retail Cloud Techno/Functional Specialist on this team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will Configure Functional modules like Retail Merchandising, Retail Analytics and Planning, Order Integration and develop customizations and Reports/extensions using ADF/Personalizations, BIPublisher, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and other tools to meet specific business needs, as well as assist in data migration and system integrations to ensure a seamless implementation. You will work as part of a team, creating comprehensive technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities About You:• You have experience collaborating with business customers to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• You are passionate about Oracle SaaS Implementation and solutioning• As a Fusion technical consultant, you will Create comprehensive technical design documents. • You will Unit test the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind. • You will work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business partners.

Minimum Qualifications• BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle Retail Cloud implementation.• Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of Retail implementation.• Good experience with Retail modules Retail Merchandising, Invoice Matching, Planning , Pricing, Store Inventory, point-of-service (POS) etc.. Should have good experience and expertise in extending and customizing Retail applications using on ADF/Personalization, Retail Rest APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP Reports. Proficient in Fusion-based integration using OIC, and creating/consuming SOAP/REST Webservices with JSON and XML.• Ability to resolve technical issues, provide end-user training and support, and optimize Retail Applications for better performance.

Preferred Qualifications• Development experience in Data Modeling, SQL, PLSQL including Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views and Performance Tuning• Working knowledge of Agile methodology
