Primary Responsibilities:
Functioning as technical expert with a fluency in development concepts and modern development practices with ability to balance deep subject matter expertise in the product, business use cases and solid technical aptitude
Delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
Cross-functional stakeholder management to include but not limited to design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders, etc.
Prioritize requirements and feedback across multiple enterprise stakeholders + constituents via an adaptive / responsive backlog management strategy
Help balance and rationalize prioritization of self service capabilities, platform lifecycle activities and upgrades with new features and functionality
Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed work environment
Influence innovation across technology, operations, business and communications teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, as well as customer/colleague feedback and pain points
Service as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage, and engage with business stakeholders
Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
Experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches, with minimum of 12+ years of experience in product management
10+ years of experience in technology
6+ years dedicated to implementing and integrating technology solutions, spanning data engineering, cloud solutions, system integration, solution design, development/configuration, and deployment
4+ years in technical roles at an architect or senior engineer level
4+ years specializing in enterprise services that provide top-tier experiences, with a solid emphasis on non-functional requirements
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
A history of effectively communicating solutions and patterns to a geographically diverse workforce, including senior leaders and various resource groups
Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello
Familiarity with industry-standard patterns, practices, and technologies, especially streaming and containerization
Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
Demonstrated skill in facilitating and leading solution design, architecture, and delivery planning activities across multidisciplinary teams
Proven ability to navigate complex business problems and solution options involving multiple domains and technologies
Proven excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proven solid business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals
Proven solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Healthcare on the Provider side supporting patient journeys
Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Medicare & Retirement
Professional experience in architecting and managing solutions on both private and public cloud platforms
A track record of driving alignment within large, complex, matrixed organizations
Knowledge of Security, Privacy, and regulations pertaining to PHI, PII, or similar concerns
