Primary Responsibilities:

• This position supports overall UHC Tech workforce management and data analysis

• The data and reporting generated by the team is used by UHC Tech senior leaders to aide in planning and decision making

• Building and maintaining data sets

• Analyzing financial data and identifying trends

• Creating and maintaining staffing and financial dashboards and reports

• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders across UHC Tech on requirements and solutions

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in assessing and describing data sources and evaluating data quality

• Proven data and analytics experience using Alteryx

• Advanced data manipulation and data modelling skills

• Solid data visualization skills with experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and implementing AI/ML models

• Knowledge of at least one data modelling, scripting or statistical language such as R or Python
