Primary Responsibilities:

• Design Datawarehouse and databases in Snowflake

• Design and develop applications and services running on Azure, mostly ADF ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security

• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Azure and Snowflake solutions including planning, requirements, development, testing and quality assurance

• Build CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps or any other DevOps tools

• Decom of BDPaaS env and migrating data to Azure Cloud

• Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed

• Implement security and access control measures and regularly audit Azure platform and infrastructure to ensure compliance

• Estimate: Create, understand, and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it

• Operations: Possess/acquire solid troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments

• Engineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery

• Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available information

• Maintain code quality by writing clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health

• Timely remediation of Vulnerabilities and Maintain Compliance to Business and Legal requirements

• Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality

• Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration

• Solve tough technical problems and be persistent in getting to the solution

• Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improvement

• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems and implement preventive measures

• Ensure application performance, uptime and scale maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful design

• Deploy applications on Azure and be able to migrate applications from on-premises to Azure

• Monitor performance and optimize resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and high availability

• Build data pipelines using Azure data integration tools and software

• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

• Provide technical support and consultation for infrastructure questions

• Help create and maintain internal documentation using Git or other similar applications

• Help develop, manage, and monitor continuous integration and delivery systems

• Take accountability and ownership of Features and teamwork

• Remaining up to date with developments in technology and industry norms to help team to produce higher quality results

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA (Minimum 15 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)

• Overall 7+ years of Experience

• 5+ years of experience in writing advance level SQL

• 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on Azure

• Experience of minimum of 3+ years in Snowflake including experience of Snowflake storage tenant

• Experience of minimum of 2+ years in Azure (ADF) +Devops

• 2+ years of experience in Write/read and debug Spark, Scala, Python codes

• 1+ years of experience with any cloud automation tools like Terraform etc.

• Proficiency in programming languages and scripting tools

• Understanding of cloud data storage and database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL

• Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics
