• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

• Assist in the development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.

• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

• Involved through the entire software development lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support

• Continually grow personal skillset and knowledge base with independent research

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.( 7+ Years of relevant experience required )

• Proficient in object-oriented design and Design patterns - C#, Oauth, REST API, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, jQuery

• Entity Framework 4.5+ Must have good experience with DotNet Core, LINQ, T-SQL, IIS management, Unit Testing

• Must be willing to do pair programming

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Strong communication skills

• HTTP & REST API design / SOAP Web Services, Experience in Multi-threading, and Micro-service Architecture

• Responsible for development, deployment, and successful role out of the project.

• Working with Product owner to analyze requirements and create product backlog.

• Conducting demos for leadership and stake holders

• Application architect for analysis of applications that can be migrated to Azure.

• Documenting the approach and strategy for cloud migration and conducting demos for

• Agile Experience - Adept at working in Agile methodologies

• Strong client-facing experience
