Job Description:
Must have good communication skills to meet customer, gain customer’s trust and provide satisfactory solution / result.
Sales and Revenue result-oriented execution planning.
Must have knowledge of Service and Project Contract management.
Good Manpower Management (internal and vendor).
Guiding and Helping the Team all sorts of issue and tasks.
Following up with the Service Delivery team for material, bills, etc.
Following up with customer on Payments, new orders, dependencies, etc.
Following up with sales team for quotations and job bookings.
Keep track of all Dedicated contracts and tasks.
Monthly / Weekly team review on tasks, orders, collection.
