Johnson Controls Service Manager in Gurgaon, India

Job Description:

  • Must have good communication skills to meet customer, gain customer’s trust and provide satisfactory solution / result.

  • Sales and Revenue result-oriented execution planning.

  • Must have knowledge of Service and Project Contract management.

  • Good Manpower Management (internal and vendor).

  • Guiding and Helping the Team all sorts of issue and tasks.

  • Following up with the Service Delivery team for material, bills, etc.

  • Following up with customer on Payments, new orders, dependencies, etc.

  • Following up with sales team for quotations and job bookings.

  • Keep track of all Dedicated contracts and tasks.

  • Monthly / Weekly team review on tasks, orders, collection.
