PRIMARY ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a HCM Functional Analyst / Snr Analyst from either Hyderabad or Gurgaon to join our team, responsible for time tracking and attendance support in the Kronos system.

Reporting to the Global Tower Lead, Time, the Analyst / Snr Analyst will work closely with Regional People Operations, People Centres of Excellence (COE), and Enterprise Platform teams, including Digital & Technology and Finance Processes. The successful candidate will resolve stakeholder queries, triage issues, collaborate on incident resolution and enhancements, and may also contribute to functional product roadmap and improvement projects. As part of the role, they will collaborate with other People Process Towers and People Business Partners, spotting process gaps and opportunities to enhance employee experiences.

The role will focus the following products: Workforce Dimensions, PeopleSoft, and related integrations. The processes in scope for this tower include all Employee time and absence related transaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and support various business requests, incident resolution, and new feature releases related to Time and Attendance for CBRE's People organization.

  • Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for optimal employee experience.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, ensuring compliance with governance standards and alignment with D&T, Finance, Audit, SOX, Data Governance, and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain a solid technical understanding of product offerings, and coordinate on internal platform documentation and business SOPs.

  • Implement world-class process solutions using design, documentation, and implementation techniques, including business requirements, testing, and production migration protocols.

  • Coordinate UAT with Platform Support teams and maintain master UAT scripts.

  • Manage Platform workstack in accordance with governance standards, providing regular updates to Tower Leader/Stakeholders on initiative progress.

  • Conduct in-depth discussions with secondary stakeholders/process users.

  • Identify training documentation needs, create necessary documents, and communicate to Platform support team and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business analysis with People Systems and Processes, including HCM products like PeopleSoft, Workday. Experience with Time and Attendance platform like Workforce Dimensions or Kronos is desirable.

  • The ideal candidate should have a background in functionality design requirements, implementation best practices, and process improvement. Knowledge in Process Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design principles is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate should be able to manage stakeholders and projects, think critically, solve problems strategically, and balance multiple issues.

  • A customer-service oriented approach and experience in a global company's Shared Services or centralized operating environment is desirable.
