Job Title :Application Developer

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Required Experience:

  • Experience in Front End technologies, including HTML5 and third-party libraries REACT, or Angular etc.

  • Expertise in server-side programming language e.g. .Net or Java

  • Knowledge of DBMS Technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and caching mechanism e.g. Memcached, Redis etc.

  • Experience integrating or building REST APIs

  • Experience in containerization, microservices.

  • Knowledge of DevOps setup and customization for frontend cloud native services

    Expectations:

  • Drive the complete front-end development from conception (i.e. Figma prototype) to deployment of working code to production environment.

  • Maintain and upgrading applications as per Change Requests

  • QA technology assets built by Vendors and must ensure Tech standards are met.

  • Embrace and promote TDD and Agile Product Development methodologies.

  • High degree of collaboration with data Engineers and backend systems

  • Assist in providing timely, accurate and complete updates on the progress of activities as needed for the program management.

  • Ensure delivery of timely, innovative, accurate, and best in class solutions.

  • Educate members of Aon’s network with thought leadership that shares standard methodologies.
