The role
The role
As a Business Administrator at SoftwareOne, you will be an integral part of our talented development team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about business administration and eager to kick-start their career in this dynamic field.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with respective line managers to develop & implement employee survey and other feedback on workplace satisfaction.
Identify areas from improvement & track employee engagement trends
Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, activities & initiatives that align with the organization culture
Plan the celebration of employee achievements & milestones through various recognition programs
Collaborate with L&D to execute various training and development opportunities
Develop and execute various employee’s engagement events, social gatherings , outings, and team building activities in alignment with HR
Your spoken English language and communications skills will be essential in keeping your global stakeholders informed of progress and dealing with their concerns effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Management (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytics skills to interpret various survey results to identify trends and make recommendations Innovative thinking and creativity to build effective engagement programs for employees
Strong interpersonal & relation-building skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to adapt to new technologies
