POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.

  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts.

  • Overseeing office management and administrative tasks.

  • Maintaining first aid supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Handling exit formalities for departing employees.

  • Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings and events.

  • Conducting safety inductions for visitors and clients.

  • Coordinating with building management for facility-related issues.

  • Addressing office employee queries related to administration.

  • Maintaining and updating invoice records in Excel.

  • Coordinating with procurement and accounts departments.

  • Providing support during audits.

  • Managing office stock and inventory.

  • Supervising housekeeping and security staff.

  • Conducting induction programs for new joiners.

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Experience Required-7-10 Years in Administration & Facilities
